Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium is all set to revolutionize the concept of entertainment, sports, and cultural events in Saudi Arabia

On Monday, the Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) declared the ground-breaking opening of the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium. This multipurpose arena has the potential to completely transform Saudi Arabia's entertainment, sports, and cultural events landscape.

This legendary stadium epitomises Qiddiya's dedication to the Power of Play concept and is located atop the breathtaking 200-meter-high Tuwaiq cliff close to Riyadh. The stadium, which was created by the well-known Populous architecture firm, will be the first completely integrated facility with a retractable roof, a pitch, and an LED wall.

Every visitor will have an immersive experience thanks to its creative design, which is adaptable enough to accommodate a variety of events and has a transformational LED wall for live broadcasts, movies, and laser displays.

The multi-use stadium has a capacity of 45,000 seats, and will serve as the home field for Al Hilal and Al Nassr football teams. It is also a planned host for the 2034 FIFA World Cup.

Ahead of additional thrilling announcements in the upcoming weeks, Qiddiya City's world-first multi-use Gaming & Esports District is scheduled to reach a major milestone with the inauguration of the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium.
