Provision of online services for foreign companies looking to establish regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia has said that, upon obtaining a licence from the Ministry of Investment, it will offer online services to international businesses wishing to set up regional offices in the nation.

These services include reserving business names, updating, and renewing commercial registries, and issuing regional headquarters as a branch or as a new foreign corporation.

The digital platforms of the Saudi Business Centre at business.sa and the ministry at e.mc.gov.sa provide access to these electronic services.
