Qualitative services provided for 1,048,600 Umrah performers and visitors of the Grand Mosque

As of Sunday, there were 1,048,600 people visiting the Grand Mosque as part of Umrah, according to information released on Monday by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.

59,520 Zamzam water bottles, 10,700 brochures and pamphlets, as well as digital awareness training for 115,000 people, field awareness training for 170,000 beneficiaries, and volunteer services for 240,896 people, were among the amenities offered to guests of the Grand Mosque.

The Ramadan exhibition at the Grand Mosque benefited 6,188 people, while 2,471 people received assistance in doing Tawaf. (circumambulation).

In addition to the 5,825 litres used by robots for sterilization, 130,000 litres of disinfectants, 32,450 litres of carpet cleaner, and 33,425 litres of surface sterilisation were used to ensure hygienic conditions. Additionally, 5,765 litres of bio-care sterilisers and 5,975 litres of hand sanitizers were made available.

Among the services offered were the distribution of 2,632 bracelets to younger visitors, the provision of social and humanitarian aid to 81,601 recipients, the opening of benefits for 4,850 people from the elderly and the disabled, the provision of spatial guidance in various languages to 101,679 recipients, and the installation of 35,000 carpets in the Grand Mosque.
