News EventAccording to the Saudi Press Agency, the King Salman Charter for Architecture and Urbanism Award registration was opened by the chairmen of the Saudi Architecture and Design Commission on Tuesday. The prize honours environmental initiatives that support excellent building designs and respect the charter's tenets.
Its categories include finished, unbuilt, and projects done by college students. Students, design companies, and project owners are all welcome to apply. Every track has its own requirements, and entries will be assessed according to a set of standards by a panel of eminent architects.
The prize, which was introduced in 2021, is a reflection of King Salman's desire to forge a unique, modern metropolitan identity centred on livability, innovation, sustainability, continuity, and human-centricity.
