The Real Estate Registry (RER) Platform, a cutting-edge digital hub that offers a range of services like mortgage registration, inclusion of real estate rights and obligations, and various other services — all conveniently available in one centralised platform — was inaugurated by Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hogail.

The National Real Estate Registration Services Company, also known as Real Estate Registry — RER— is an active participant in the Saudi Proptech Summit in Riyadh, where the launch took place. The purpose of the conference is to increase investment in the Kingdom and spread knowledge about the Saudi real estate sector.

The CEO of RER, Dr. Mohammad Al-Suleiman, expressed excitement at the launch of the RER Platform and pleasure in the company's participation in the summit. He stressed that the platform ushers in a new era consistent with the company's long-term goal of developing a trustworthy and open real estate industry.

Al-Suleiman emphasised that the platform would function as the focal point for all real estate transactions, providing a safe and dependable setting for the smooth consummation of real estate transactions. He stressed that the platform offers easy access to vital data on real estate and transactions, supporting the industry's digital transformation by offering a data bank that is advantageous to brokers, owners, investors, and real estate developers.
