Voters responded well to the suggested theme, "The Era of Change: Together for a Foresighted Tomorrow," highlighting Saudi Arabia's commitment to paving the way for growth and unity. This accomplishment is a testament to Riyadh's qualities as a host city as well as the broad international support the campaign received.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan stated that Saudi Arabia's success "carries a great indication of the Kingdom's status and the international community's confidence in it" at a press conference after the vote results were announced. Prince Faisal emphasised that Saudi Arabia will showcase an Expo that modifies the formula for global shows.
"Saudi Arabia is incredibly proud of its remarkable accomplishments and the support it has received from the General Assembly." He conveyed gratitude to the nations who supported Riyadh in the vote. He emphasised that "the world is the beneficiary of this exhibition, not just Saudi Arabia." He declared, "Riyadh has made plans for all countries to participate in the exhibition's conception, planning, and implementation."
