Unauthorized use of railways:
Severe cases: Fines for recurrent offenses are SR 200,000, with a range of SR 100,000 to SR 200,000.
Moderate cases: Penalties vary from SR 20,000 to SR 50,000, with repeat offenses carrying SR 100,000.
Minor cases: Penalties start at SR 10,000 and go up to SR 15,000; repeat offenders face SR 50,000.
Damage to public property and trespassing:
Accidents: SR 200,000 is the maximum fine for repeat offenses, with fines ranging from SR 150,000 to SR 200,000.
Disruptions or service halts: Fines for disruptions or service stops vary from SR 80,000 to SR 100,000, with repeat offenders facing SR 100,000.
Non-disruptive actions: Penalties for multiple offenses increase to SR 100,000, with fines ranging from SR 10,000 to SR 75,000.
Interference or obstruction:

Some offenses, like cutting or stealing railway cables, damaging infrastructure, or endangering public safety, can result in fines of up to SR 10 million for repeat offenders. Violations involving intentional damage to railway infrastructure carry penalties ranging from SR 20,000 to SR 500,000 and may include imprisonment of up to two years.
