The Saihat Association for Social Services was established in order to help the needy people of the city, including the needy, widows, orphans, and the disabled due to the economic and social conditions that the region experienced after the Second World War. 1380 AH and was registered under No. 6 on 11/16/1386 AH.The idea of establishing Haj Abdullah Salman Al-Matrod, who was beside him was a group of philanthropists and lovers of humanitarian volunteer work. They were led by their noble feeling towards the needy, widows, orphans and the infirm. The association’s first office was established in the market, so they laid the foundations and prepared regulations and auxiliary programs to start work, and that goal expanded to move from the pastoral stage to the developmental projects to achieve the vision set by the founders and supporters since inception in order to establish sustainable development for the country by implementing investment projects that would provide a constant permanent income, and with its interest in the future of the beneficiary and getting him out of the circle of destitution and need by pushing him to self-reliance, and providing him with a decent life by guiding him, educating him, and caring educating and qualifying him, as well as employing him.
