The Kingdom achieved notable strides in the development of leading AI models, the expansion of AI jobs, and the attraction of talent, in addition to being the world leader in women's empowerment in AI, as measured by the female-to-male ratio.
Due to the effectiveness of aggressive government policies and programs targeted at encouraging women's involvement and leadership in the technology industry, Saudi Arabia rated #1 in the world for empowering women in the field of artificial intelligence. Supported by professional development initiatives and advanced training programs, this accomplishment is in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and has increased the number of women with talent in the Kingdom's AI ecosystem.
