Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism announced that it has expanded access to its electronic tourist visa to six new countries

The Saudi Ministry of Tourism said on Tuesday that citizens of six additional nations,  now have access to the country's electronic tourist visa programme, bringing the total to 63. These nations are Mauritius, Turkiye, Thailand, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and the Seychelles.  These nations' citizens can apply for a tourist visa online or when they arrive at one of the international airports in the Kingdom.

Tourist visa holders are permitted to go to the Kingdom for leisure or to conduct Umrah outside of the Hajj pilgrimage season. In addition, they may go see friends and family and go to conferences, events, and exhibitions. The tourist e-visa allows for numerous entries, a stay of up to 90 days, and a whole year of validity. Furthermore, tourists may easily design unique itineraries with Visit Saudi's online trip planner.

In addition, holders of current Schengen, UK, and US visas that were used to enter those nations before to arriving in Saudi Arabia, as well as permanent residents of the US, the UK, and other EU and Gulf Cooperation Council nations, are granted a tourist e-visa. Additionally, Saudi Arabia offers free 96-hour Stopover Visas, which let travellers using Saudia and Flynas stay in the kingdom for as long as 96 hours prior to departing for their ultimate destination.
