Saudi Arabia seeks to enhance its representation in international organizations through a newly launched digital platform - Dawli

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs unveiled a digital platform on Monday to improve the country's representation in international organisations. The Dawli Platform, according to Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Executive Affairs Abdulhadi Almansouri, represents the support and interest of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, as well as Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, in the advancement of the Saudi diplomatic corps at all levels.

Speaking on Monday at the LEAP Tech Conference 2024 in Riyadh, Almansouri stated that the platform aims to enhance Saudi participation in these organisations, align national skills with open positions, and enhance competences with global knowledge and experience.

According to him, the platform would create a database to track applicants' applications from the time they first apply for a job until they are hired and receive training at those establishments. In order to create a unified Saudi platform, he stated, "the ministry will work through the Dawli platform on strategic partnerships and agreements with other government agencies that wish to employ competencies in relevant organisations."
