Saudi Arabia will be localizing 35% of the private dentistry sector starting March 10, 2024

Beginning March 10, 2024, Saudi Arabia will be localizing 35% of the private dentistry market, the Human Resources and Health Ministries declared on Wednesday. A package of incentives from the HR ministry will aid businesses in hiring Saudis, including support for the hiring procedure and funding for new Saudi hires' training and certification.

The Human Resources Development Fund's employment and assistance programmes will give preference to private-sector dentistry offices. The ministries hope that by making the change, more employment possibilities will be available to people all around the Kingdom.

According to the health ministry, the choice will strive to enhance productivity and performance, promote local workforce involvement in the market, and foster an atmosphere that supports a balanced labour market.
