Saudi citizens who have valid passports will no longer need to apply for a visa to enter Singapore from June 1

NewsAs of June 1, 2023, Saudi nationals with valid passports will no longer require a visa to enter Singapore, according to a statement from the Singaporean Embassy in Riyadh.
According to a tweet from the embassy, the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has made a judgement in this respect.
Holders of diplomatic passports from Saudi Arabia are already free from Singapore's visa restrictions, the embassy tweeted. Prior to June 1, all other Saudi nationals must apply for an entry visa in order to enter Singapore; however, beginning June 1, they will no longer be required to do so.
The embassy made it clear that anyone who has already applied for an entrance visa or received notification of the outcome of their application would not be eligible for a refund of their visa processing expenses.
