Saudi engineer launched the first AI platform SaudiGovtGPT to assist in configuring all of their governmental service requirements

A contemporary interface has been introduced by Saudi engineer Fahd Alhazmi to assist Saudi nationals and expatriates in configuring all of their governmental service requirements.

The first AI platform in the area designed particularly for Saudi citizens and inhabitants is called SaudiGovtGPT.

Alhazmi follows the developments in AI closely and thinks that despite the present buzz, the GPT family of models is vastly undervalued. He forecasts that in the following few years, their significant influence on the economy and the employment market will become apparent.

These services frequently overlap, necessitating the use of several sectors by the person or business seeking the information. In one clear statement, the platform streamlines the procedures.

While getting a drivers' licence or a visa to a certain country is relatively simple for locals, this can be a useful tool for businesses or multi-step processes.

Additionally, tourists, non-citizen residents, and expats can all use SaudiGovtGPT to learn the ins and outs of government processes.

The platform is built on the original GPT model, a machine learning-based language prediction model intended to produce text outputs. The device can also pick up on various Arabic dialects.

Alhazmi clarified that in order to assure accuracy, it is consistent with fundamental directives such declining to respond to any inquiries containing unconfirmed facts. The interface is still in the early phases of development, though.

According to Alhazmi, the technology can properly respond to about 70% of inquiries for 2,000 government services.

The interface stands out because it doesn't employ keyword matching, like many other search engines do, but rather focuses on semantic search, which depends on determining and comprehending the user's purpose.
