SDAIA becomes the first organization in the world to achieve the International Standards Organizations 42001:2023 certification for AI Management Systems

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence has become the first company globally to obtain the International Standards Organization's 42001:2023 certification for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems. 

For AIMS, the ISO standard is the first of its kind; it was unveiled in December of last year. It offers recommendations for handling AI's drawbacks, including moral principles, openness, and ongoing education.

It also lays out a methodical strategy for controlling potential and hazards as well as striking a balance between innovation and governance in businesses using AI technologies.
