Sustainability Innovation Week pavilion inaugurated on Monday and continues till December 13

The Sustainability Innovation Week pavilion was opened on Monday by the Research, Development, and Innovation Authority (RDIA) in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture. This launch coincides with Saudi Arabia hosting the 16th session of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) Conference of the Parties (COP16), which will conclude on December 13.

The pavilion highlights the Kingdom's progress in developing research and innovation to address urgent environmental concerns by showcasing 150 creative projects aimed at improving food and water security. With sustainability and basic needs as top priority, these programs are fundamental to Saudi Arabia's approach to addressing important local and global environmental concerns.

The pavilion's opening demonstrates the Kingdom's commitment to promoting international cooperation in the scientific community. In order to create a sustainable future, it also highlights how crucial integration and knowledge sharing are.
