“teamLab Borderless” museum has attracted 52,500 visitors since its June 10 opening, with tickets sold out until August 15

Since its June 10 launch, the "teamLab Borderless" museum—a joint project between Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Culture and the Japanese art collective teamLab—has drawn 52,500 visitors, and as of August 15, tickets are sold out.

According to a Saudi Press Agency article on Monday, the museum is a reflection of the ministry's dedication to upholding the Kingdom's cultural legacy while welcoming cutting-edge international creative and cultural manifestations.

Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Issa, the director general of the Jeddah Historic District Program, underlined the importance of the partnership.

Across 10,000 square meters, the "teamLab Borderless" museum houses more than 80 interactive digital art works. "Borderless World," "Light Sculpture," "Athletics Forest," "Future Park," "Forest of Lamps," "EN TEA HOUSE," and "Sketch Factory" are some of its components.

The creative lighting scheme of the museum accentuates the artworks on dark, frequently mirrored floors, producing an enthralling ambiance.
