The first group of pilgrims to arrive through Jeddah Islamic Port were 250 Sudanese passengers

News250 Sudanese travellers made comprised the first pilgrimage group to enter Jeddah Islamic Port on Wednesday. They were greeted by representatives and authorities from the port, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Saudi Ports Authority, the General Directorate of Passports, and Mohammed Hassan Ali, the Sudanese consul general in Jeddah.
Flowers, boxes of Ajwa dates, and bottles of Zamzam water were presented to the pilgrims. According to the government, the pilgrims' well-being was examined at the port. They received visual materials and instructions on how to perform the Hajj safely.
Despite the unfavourable political atmosphere in Sudan this year, the pilgrims from that nation have arrived as part of Saudi Arabia's attempts to assist its countrymen in completing the Hajj. To make the procedure easier, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah collaborated with a number of Sudanese stakeholders.
