The inaugural Saudi PropTech Summit will commence on Monday in Riyadh

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the first-ever Saudi PropTech Summit will get underway in Riyadh on Monday. The Minister of Housing and Municipal and Rural Affairs, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, who is also the chairman of the Saudi Real Estate Authority, will open the two-day event.

Saudi PropTech is arranged by the government and is ready to act as a venue for showcasing the most recent technical developments in the real estate industry. The programme includes over 25 speakers from 20 different nations, lively discussions, and interactive workshops with insights from industry beneficiaries. A real estate tech expo with regional and global real estate and technology firms will also be a feature of the event. The authorities emphasised that the conference's primary objective is to promote investments in and improve knowledge in the field of real estate technology inside the Saudi Arabian market.

A wide range of people will be present at the summit, including investors, real estate service providers, professionals and experts in proptech, as well as startups in the real estate and technology industries. In addition, the occasion will provide a forum for bringing in the most recent technical innovations and real estate industry experiences from across the world. Through collaboration agreements among industry players, it will present a chance to highlight and capitalise on best practises within the Saudi market.

The conference will cover important subjects, including the real estate technology ecosystem, government agencies in charge of real estate regulation, assistance for startups, real estate developers, proptech platforms, innovative investment firms, and business accelerators. There will be discussions on significant issues at the event. These include how technology influences public policy, how Saudi Arabia's real estate industry is going digital, the Kingdom's digital infrastructure, and the industry's prospects going forward.

The conference will also look at new developments in urban environments, how smart city growth affects the real estate industry through information and decision-making processes, and the role that real estate technology solutions will play in creating the cities of the future. In order to attend the conference and receive access to the related exhibition, interested parties may register at https://l.linklyhq.com/l/1uHWI, the dedicated PropTech Saudi website.
