The 12-month programme is intended to provide applicants with the skills required for a job in the ministry. It includes management, business, human resources, financial, and legal topics. Outstanding recent graduates are encouraged to apply for the programme via the ministry's website or the Masar recruitment portal.

The registration period began on Sunday and will end on August 14. The Jadeer programme is one of numerous programmes introduced by the Ministry of Defence to increase national capacities, improve the skills of Saudi youth, and stimulate human resource investment. Its mission is to promote economic sustainability and social development by providing thorough training that leads to job possibilities.
