The new edition of SEREEDO 2023 in Jeddah Center for Forums and Events will continue till May 31

The new Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition (SEREEDO) 2023 was inaugurated on Sunday at Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events by Saad Al-Otaibi, a Jeddah Chamber board member. The Aalyalshan Company is organising the expo. The exhibition's activities will last through the evening of May 31.

Al-Otaibi examined the pavilions and platforms of the real estate businesses, institutions, and governmental bodies after the exhibition's formal inauguration. Abdulrahman Alzahrani, the General Manager of Aalyalshan Company, the exhibition's organiser, also gave Al-Otaibi a briefing on the significance of the SEREEDO 2023 exhibition in light of Saudi Arabia's rapid development, wealth, and ongoing investor needs.

Al-Otaibi was also given a briefing on the most recent technological, engineering, and architectural advancements in the field of real estate development, which are managed by businesses and organisations engaged in real estate investment.

The show is now seeing significant participation from local and regional businesses with expertise in the development of real estate and financial institutions.

Additionally, there is significant involvement from real estate agents and brokers, decorating businesses, interior and exterior designers, engineering services businesses, project management businesses, as well as a number of pertinent private and public agencies and organisations.

The general manager of the company that organised the show, Abdulrahman Alzahrani, spoke about the opening ceremony and stated that their objective was to provide a successful real estate expo that helped the Saudi real estate sector grow and flourish.

Furthermore, he stated, "This expo serves as a nexus that unites the different entities and industry leaders, promoting visitor exchange of experiences and knowledge. It strives to increase public knowledge of the value of real estate investments and goods while offering efficient marketing solutions to fulfil the market's rising demand and keep supply and demand in check.

Al-Zahrani emphasised that the exhibition also aims to provide real estate professionals with information and skills through the panel discussions and specialised training sessions that will be held at the occasion.

Along with specialised training courses, insightful panel discussions and lively workshops will reveal the most recent real estate trends and creative growth methods.

The exhibition will also support partnerships between local and international stakeholders, the advancement of construction techniques, the transfer of best practises in real estate development, and the demonstration of the effects of digital transformation on real estate development.
