The presidencys service system will adopt a new strategy and modern identity that will be implemented by July 19

The head of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, Sheikh Abdurrahman Al-Sudais, has declared that the presidency's service system will adopt a new strategy and modern identity. "With the start of the new year 1445 AH, the presidency will witness the launch of a new strategy... enriching the experience of (pilgrims and worshippers) and... empowering young men and women in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030," he said in a statement.

According to the administration, the approach will be implemented on Wednesday, July 19, at the start of the new Islamic year. Al-Sudais emphasised the need of the presidency continuing to prioritise the ease and comfort of pilgrims despite substantial advancements in the agency's service system in recent years.
