The Saudi Geological Survey received the International Best Practice Certification

With the International Best Practise Certification, the Saudi Geological Survey has reached a significant milestone. The SGS participated in the ninth International Best Practise Competition, which was held in New Zealand, and as a result, received recognition for its efforts.

The Rawasi Digital Platform Project for Geological Hazards, which was released in the middle of 2023, received the four-star certification for exemplary work.

According to Tareq Abalkhail, the SGS's official spokeswoman, the accomplishment should be seen in the context of the survey's other successes this year. These have demonstrated the survey's dedication to "developing and digitising its scientific and research outputs in line with international standards and in a manner that serves the community, researchers, and the government of the Kingdom," he said.
