The second edition of the Maskan real estate exhibition will be held from May 25-27 this year

Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, announced the second Maskan real estate exhibition, which will take place this year from May 25–27.

The ministry and the General Real Estate Authority will oversee the exhibition's operation. Several governmental organisations, banks, funding corporations, and real estate development firms will take part in the show.

By easing communication with developers and finance organisations and offering the appropriate consultations, the expo seeks to draw investment, encourage home ownership in the Kingdom, and provide guidance to prospective home purchasers.

According to him, the candidate must have a document from the CMC election supervisory committee granting them a candidature permit and must refrain from engaging in provocative behaviour.

In addition to presenting real estate projects for developers, sharing financing options, and showcasing the most recent advancements in contemporary building, the event will also introduce real estate investment funds.
