The social case e-notarization service has been used by nearly 500,000 clients in 2022

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) announced that the social case e-notarization service through the Najiz.sa portal in 2022 has been used by nearly 500,000 clients. More than one million verifications of client applications have been conducted electronically.

“The e-notarizations cover child custody, endowments, marriages, and legal heirs,” the MoJ clarified.

The Saudi Notarization Law has transferred a number of such jurisdictions from courts to the notarial e-system, which contributed to increased automation and better client experience.
