Visit visa holders are not allowed to enter or stay in Makkah during May 23-June 21

According to the Saudi Ministry of Interior, only holders of Hajj visas will be able to arrive and remain in Makkah between May 23 and June 21. Those with visitation visas are not permitted to do either. 

The ministry emphasized that no visit visa, whatever of type, grants permission to do the Hajj. It also stated that anyone who do so will face fines in accordance with Saudi rules and regulations.
