The Arabian Horses' second Hail Championship will commence on Thursday. The three-day gathering will be managed by the European Conference of Arab Horse Organisations and the King Abdulaziz Centre for Purebred Arabian Horses.
The festival, which will have 226 participating horses, is open to fans of equestrian competitions and beauty pageants.
Prizes for the competition include more than SR600,000 ($160,000), automobiles, and surprises. International and local arbitration panels will verify the competition adheres to purebred Arabian horse criteria.
With 240 horses representing purebred Arabian horse stalls around the Kingdom, the maiden event was held in 2019.
