An Artificial Intelligence Hour initiative is initiated in Saudi Arabia, with the aim of raising awareness of the emerging technology among students

As part of the Kingdom's efforts to support and empower the country's youth and develop their talents, over 1,300 public and private schools in Saudi Arabia are the focus of an "Artificial Intelligence Hour" initiative that aims to inspire the next generation of programmers and increase student awareness of emerging technology.

The Saudi Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority and the King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, also known as Mawhiba, has developed the second initiative in the National Olympiad for Programming and Artificial Intelligence. It gives 300,000 middle and high school boys and girls the opportunity to learn more about the topic of artificial intelligence.
