Several museums and exhibitions in Madinah highlight its historical heritage and serve as educational centers

NewsThe holy city of Madinah is home to a number of museums and exhibitions that showcase its rich historical legacy and act as learning hubs for tourists to have a deep understanding of Islamic history.
Situated centrally, south of the Prophet's Mosque, the Al-Safiyyah Museum and Park occupies approximately 4,400 square meters and serves as a focus for both tourism and culture. It features a public park, a variety of stores, and a museum with multilingual narrations of the creation narrative, all skilfully merging education and fun.
The Prophet's Mosque Expansion Exhibition, on the other hand, provides a thorough overview of the mosque's architectural history and describes the additions made to it since it was first built. The 2,200 square metre display, which is south of the mosque, has 187 interactive screens and cutting edge technology. Additionally, it has a particular hall for rare relics and collectibles.
Through highlighting the Prophet's Mosque's unique characteristics, historical significance, and the Kingdom's dedication to both its preservation and tourist service, the exhibition seeks to bring attention to the architectural wonders of this building.
