Saudi citizens will be able to travel to the UK for a maximum of two years starting on February 1st thanks to instant e-visa alternatives.
In June 2022, the UK launched the Saudi nationals' e-visa waiver programme. Under the new e-visa waiver, British people can also enter Saudi Arabia for a maximum of six months on a single admission. In August of last year, the Foreign Ministry of the Kingdom declared that UK nationals might travel for tourism, business, education, or medical treatment under the new system.
Applying is possible between 90 days and 48 hours before to departure using the ministry's visa portal at visa.mofa.gov.sa for visitors from the UK. Within a day following the application, approvals will be sent back via email.
