King Khalid International Airport has been awarded with level 3 customer experience accreditation

According to its operator, Riyadh Airports Co., King Khalid International Airport has received level 3 customer experience accreditation from Airport Council International. The airport attained level 2 accreditation earlier this year and is a member of ACI World's Airport Customer Experience Accreditation programme.

According to the ACI website, level 2 denotes that the airport has a well-defined customer experience plan overseen by a qualified team, while level 3 denotes the implementation of a more sophisticated strategy. In addition to giving a standard by which to measure the quality of the client experience, the accreditation programme gives employees access to training.

Airports that interact with patrons about matters of service quality and strive to enhance and innovate the traveller experience are bestowed with certificates.
