Memorandum of cooperation signed between the Green Taif Organization and the Green Horizons Environmental Association

The Green Taif Organisation, represented by its chairman, Saad bin Ayed Al-Otaibi, and the Green Horizons Environmental Association, represented by board member Saad bin Rabah Al-Ajmi, on Wednesday,  signed an agreement of collaboration, which was witnessed by Taif Governor Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud.

Through the identification of places eligible for afforestation, the selection of seedlings suited for each site, and other measures, the contract aims to meet the objectives of the Saudi Green Initiative in Taif by growing and conserving vegetation cover and safeguarding resources.

Additionally, it will conduct environmental education programmes, preserve the environment's growth and sustainability, and carry out campaigns, initiatives, and awareness-raising events.
