The nations that Saudi nationals can currently enter without a visa up until the end of 2023 have been disclosed by the Saudi embassy in Tirana.
According to the embassy, Saudi citizens can enter Albania without a visa up until the end of the current year on December 31. They can also enter Kosovo at any time of the year.
As long as they enter and leave as part of a tourist group, Saudi nationals will likewise be entitled to enter Montenegro without a visa up until the end of next October.
The requirement that Saudi nationals must take a direct flight from Saudi Arabia to enter Montenegro is another need for entry.
In addition to a letter of invitation from a tourist bureau in Montenegro organising the trip, the Saudis must also bring with them confirmation of payment for lodging expenses and a return ticket to the Kingdom.
The embassy underlined that citizens may enter the three countries indicated above with a Schengen visa, a US visa, a UK visa, or an Australian visa, providing that the visa is multiple-entry, valid, and has not been used previously.
