SDAIA introduced the latest iteration of the Tawakkalna Services application on Thursday

NewsThe Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) unveiled the most recent version of the "Tawakkalna Services" programme on Thursday, marking a significant technological leap. The updated edition includes additional digital features and services to improve the experience for citizens, residents, government and corporate entities, and tourists.
Senior representatives from the public and corporate sectors attended the unveiling event at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, highlighting the importance of this digital milestone. In line with the ambitious Kingdom Vision 2030, the redesigned app represents a significant accomplishment for the country. Its main objective is to support government programmes for smooth integration and make it easier for recipients to receive improved services.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, President of SDAIA, gave a speech to the participants and thanked King Salman, the Crown Prince, and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for their continuous support and directions.
Dr. Al-Ghamdi underlined the critical importance of contemporary data and artificial intelligence technologies, which are products of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and have permeated every aspect of daily life.
Announcing the start of a new phase for the Tawakkalna Services application, Dr. Al-Ghamdi emphasised the cooperative efforts with government agencies, especially the Ministry of Interior. He emphasised the remarkable outcomes attained by utilising data and artificial intelligence technology. He said that the results, including technological advancements and digital platforms, have been crucial in helping the nation, its people, and its inhabitants.
