The opening of an exhibition in Riyadh next month will showcase the cultural parallels and divergences between Saudi Arabia and other nations. The "Between Two Cultures" exhibition, which is being organised by the Saudi Ministry of Culture, will explore and portray many civilizations, according to a report from the Saudi Press Agency on Tuesday.
With a focus on Yemen and its strong links to Saudi culture in its initial iteration, the exhibition will highlight disciplines including fashion, fine art, visual arts, architecture, design, and culinary arts. The promotion of collaboration and cultural interchange between the Kingdom and Yemen will be its main objective.
Officials from the ministry expressed the hope that the occasion will further solidify relations between the two countries and highlight common values, in addition to introducing exhibition visitors to the cultural histories of Yemen and Saudi Arabia. In accordance with the ministry's Vision 2030 goals, "Between Two Cultures" has also been created to encourage cross-cultural dialogue.
