The Doam job loyalty program was inaugurated for Saudi public sector employees

In a ceremony conducted in Riyadh on Monday, Saudi public sector employees were given access to the Doam job loyalty programme, which was launched by Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi. More than 1.2 million male and female employees are among the program's participants, who get a package of special deals from more than 2,500 service providers in Saudi Arabia.

Speaking at the occasion, Al-Rajhi stated that the Doam job loyalty programme fits within the parameters of the wise leadership's directives to develop the public sector and accomplish the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by investing in and developing human capital as well as by enacting the ministry's support strategy for government agencies.

Additionally, it expresses respect and admiration for the great and honest efforts made by public sector workers. This is also motivated by a conviction that the ministry and all of its collaborators have a duty to produce something that offers government workers and their families numerous advantages that have an impact on their daily requirements.

The minister reviewed the noteworthy accomplishments made in the civil service sector, pointing out that more than 600 government agencies and more than 4.3 million employees benefited from the implementation of more than one million operations on the Masar platform in 2022 to support and develop human resources in government agencies.

According to the ministry, public sector employees can download the Doam app for their smartphones from the Google Play Store and the App Store using the following links: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.walaplus.erfan&hl=ar and https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dom-%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%85/id1635571318?l=ar.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development aims to establish standards that enhance a culture of job excellence in government departments, increase the productivity of public sector employees, and increase their job engagement through the Doam programme in order to create a stimulating and productive work environment.
