The Misk Incubator Initiatives programme, which aims to assist and grow the capacity of nonprofit youth organisations, has recently started its third iteration. It was announced at the Misk Foundation during a ceremony, and it aims to empower budding nonprofit youth projects and ensure their readiness for formal registration. The programme intends to promote activities in a variety of disciplines, including as culture, heritage, technology, environmental sustainability, quality of life, youth development, and volunteerism. Six Riyadh initiatives are participating: Sanea, Shafrah, Tuwaiq for Leader Rehabilitation, Moataz, Watan Tamouh, and Naqsh, as well as the Model initiative from Baha, Ma'ak from Alkhobar, and Al-Fursan Community from Jeddah.
The programme is a 14-week trip that includes counselling, mentoring, and financial assistance. It offers a comprehensive programme for establishing initiatives in a variety of areas, such as developing the organization's mission, researching beneficiaries, managing development projects, planning and assessing effect, and ensuring financial sustainability. Orientation sessions, collaborative workspaces, virtual sessions, and regular meetings are used to accomplish this. The programme finishes with a presentation event during which participants display their youth development programmes.
The ceremony will also mark the official debut of Misk and the Ministry of Energy's Energy Initiatives Incubator. The incubator's initial edition intends to empower 50,000 young men and women in the energy industry, and 14 nonprofit youth organisations have already benefited from its assistance.
