Tourism Education Initiative was launched; aim to prepare Saudi students for careers in tourism industry

The Tourism Education Initiative was started by the Ministry of Tourism with the goal of assisting gifted Saudi students and preparing them for careers in the tourism industry.

 The Tourism Education Initiative includes a number of high-quality educational initiatives aimed at students in schools and colleges.

 

According to the Ministry, it aspires to collaborate with significant domestic and foreign educational institutions in order to provide university students with the opportunity to enrol in majors that are demanded by the labour market.

 

 Additionally, it will raise their awareness and direct their future travels in the direction of tourism-related educational pathways.

 

The Ministry of Tourism established the Tourism Education Initiative with the intention of assisting talented Saudi students and preparing them for jobs in the tourism sector.

 The Tourism Education Initiative consists of several top-notch educational programmes geared towards pupils in high schools and colleges.

 

 The Ministry states that it wants to work with important domestic and international educational institutions to give university students the chance to enrol in majors that are in-demand by the labour market.

 

 Additionally, it will increase their awareness and point their future travels towards educational pathways connected to tourism.

 

  A diploma in hospitality and business management will also be offered by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

 

 The Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship's (MBSC) programme will offer a track in tourist management for those pursuing a master's degree in management.

 

  While the Batterjee Medical College's programme will focus on the diploma in recovery and therapeutic tourism activities in association with the Italian University of Palermo.

 

 In order to add new tourism-related educational topics, the Ministry has signed a number of memorandums of cooperation for the project, including one with King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
