Two-day Tuwaiq Employment Program, organized by Tuwaiq Academy, concluded in Riyadh

Tuwaiq Academy held a two-day Tuwaiq Employment Programme, which came to an end on Wednesday at its Riyadh headquarters. The programme, which intended to empower and employ graduates of the academy's camps and programmes from diverse technical domains and specialisations, involved more than 60 organisations from the governmental, corporate, and non-profit sectors.

In the areas of programming and applications, cybersecurity, data and artificial intelligence, cloud computing, virtual worlds and game development, networks and technical support, user experience, software and applications, and systems administration, networking, support, and operation, the academy aimed to offer more than 1,100 job opportunities through this programme through partner agencies.

The goal is to close the skills and ability gap that exists between the advancement of contemporary technology and the demands of the labour market by providing candidates with the appropriate training through intensive camps and programmes. The school conducted over 4,000 job interviews for 700 male and female alumni from its camps and programmes in more than 60 different companies, one of the program's most noteworthy accomplishments.

Notably, Tuwaiq Academy is the first institution of its type in the Kingdom to offer advanced technology education programmes that qualify national cadres with the technical skills required to meet the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

In collaboration with significant organisations and international behemoths like Apple, Meta, Amazon, and Alibaba, the school provides a wide range of professional programmes and camps that address the demands of technological positions in the labour market.
