NewsIn order to provide remote documentation services without the need to physically visit legal offices, Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani has issued directions for the introduction of virtual notary public. It was mentioned that the beneficiaries of this computerised service would save time and effort.
The virtual notary public system, according to the Ministry of Justice, intends to control online processes, increase the effectiveness and calibre of documentation services, and enhance the beneficiary's experience. This is done by making it simpler and easier to use electronic documentation services.
The virtual notary public system is designed to help both consumers and businesses by enabling them to accomplish real estate, affidavit, and agency-related tasks entirely online.
According to the ministry, after entering notarization services on its Najiz site, users can take advantage of notarization services via a virtual notary public. The beneficiaries then complete out the notarial form and transmit it after choosing the virtual notary public.
A specialised staff will verify the form, and the parties must confirm it by entering the verification code received by Absher.
The ministry emphasised that the virtual notary service is a part of its ongoing efforts to finish the digital transformation of its services, to keep up with Saudi Vision 2030, and to improve the beneficiaries' quality of life.
