Ministry of Municipalities presents proposal for public survey on standards and requirements of luxury restaurants

NewsProposals for a public survey regarding a set of norms and requirements for luxury restaurants have been made by the Ministry of Municipalities.
The luxury restaurant standards forbid the opening of multiple locations of the same brand, with the exception of short-term seasonal locations, in the same city because this impacts service quality and fair competition with existing eateries.
There are particular guidelines on visitor's dress code when entering the restaurant.
Food and beverages are served and poured into the visitor's assigned containers as soon as the order is taken, marking the start of the service. The payment procedure on the table marks the conclusion of it.
Providing a smooth and integrated welcoming dining experience for guests, from greeting them at the door to showing them to their assigned tables, is one of the requirements for luxury restaurants. Other requirements include greeting guests, verifying reservations, showing guests to their seats, and putting their personal belongings in the appropriate locations.
Visitors will have access to a valet parking service.
A digital reservation system and a complaints channel is there to improve the experience and handle feedback and grievances.
A specific location for delivering application requests hidden from view to guarantee the efficiency of the delivery process.
A food health and safety specialist is responsible for food safety and that a bag holder, coat and clothing hanger are available. Installation of a highly effective audio system by concealing electrical cables and connectors and includes speakers, amplifiers, control units, and input devices.
Offering a menu with at least three sections: appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with a minimum of five items overall.
A designated area for workers to spend their break time and a corner for making soft drinks placed in a visible way for guests to observe the preparation process.
