The largest food and beverage sourcing event in the Kingdom, the second Saudi Food Show, will get underway at the Riyadh Front on Tuesday.
The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, or MODON, together with Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Khorayef are the sponsors of this year's exhibition, which runs until May 23.
One hundred thousand product innovations from 97 countries are on display by 1,000 exhibitors, including both new and recurring successes like Youth X Saudi and Top Table Saudi in enlarged formats.
The first day, which MODON organized, focuses on fintech's financial support function as well as investments in human resources to increase the F&B sector's competitiveness and technology's ability to increase food production efficiency in Saudi Arabia.
More than ninety leaders from the public and private sectors—ministries, food investors, retailers, innovators, and food service providers—will share their knowledge on how to take advantage of the Saudi F&B market and help businesses succeed in the Kingdom during keynote speeches, panels, and workshops on the second and third days.
