The facility providing the delivery service must have a current municipal licence, as per the ministry, . Additionally, a home delivery permission must be obtained, with the length of the permit not exceeding the municipal licence. Data on the workers and the vehicles utilised to deliver the service must also be linked. If a third party is assigned to complete the assignment, the operating company's or firms' data must be included.
Only cars or bicycles that are ready and equipped for home delivery may be used by establishments that provide this service. Every legitimate licence issued by the appropriate authorities must be present on the vehicle being operated.
The facility must have documentation proving its ownership of the car, such as a driver's license or a vehicle registration license, and the vehicle must have the facility's name or brand. Periodically cleaning and sterilising the truck and its equipment is necessary, as is making sure that there are no contaminants or smells that might contaminate food.
The ministry mandated that hot and cold prepared food be kept apart during transportation and that bicycles be equipped with boxes made of long-lasting, easily cleaned, and disinfectable materials that do not rust.
One of the criteria is that the medications being delivered be in a closed bag, and that institutions offering home delivery services only employ vehicles that are set up and ready for home delivery.
Private automobiles or motorcycles that are appropriate for food establishments including supermarkets, restaurants, grocery shops, and retail establishments selling non-food products are the sorts of delivery vehicles that are listed.
